Mobi A, B, and C prepaid plans are automatically renewed after activation as long as there are sufficient funds in the account. The billing period for automatic and one-off plans is one month from the date of activation (e.g., from the 5th of the month to the 5th of the following month).

Users who are already subscribed to a Mobi A, B, or C package and wish to take advantage of the promotional price must first deactivate their existing Mobi A, B, or C package in the Moj Mobi app and then reactivate Mobi A, B, or C at the promotional price. The promotional price will not be applied automatically.
Users who activate a selected Mobi package at the promotional price during the promotional period from July 1 to August 31, 2026, via the Moj Mobi app, My Telekom at moj.telekom.si, or by sending the relevant keyword, will receive the package at the discounted price for six months or until they cancel it. This means that the discounted package will renew automatically at each renewal date, provided there is sufficient credit in the Mobi account, or until the package is deactivated in the Moj Mobi app, My Telekom at moj.telekom.si, or by sending the appropriate deactivation keyword. After the six-month promotional period expires, the selected package will automatically renew at the regular price.
If a user activates a package during the promotional period while still having an active non-promotional version of the same package (before the end of its one-month validity period), both packages will be charged concurrently for a period shorter than one month.
When reactivating the same package at the promotional price, the package fee is charged immediately, and the promotional package allowances are credited immediately. The allowances from the existing package are deleted, while any remaining data allowance from the existing package remains available until the end of the original package’s validity period.
When switching to a different promotional package, the new package is charged immediately, and its allowances and data volume are credited immediately. Any remaining allowances and data volume from the current package remain valid until the expiration of that package’s validity period.
