Information on the use of intermediary services in accordance with the Digital Services Act

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (hereinafter: Telekom Slovenije), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act), provides the following information on the use of intermediary services.

A single contact point for the authorities of the EU member states, the Commission, the Board, and service recipients

Telekom Slovenije provides a single contact point for direct communication via electronic means for the submission of decisions on actions against illegal content, decisions on the provision of information, and direct communication with service recipients at the email address: dsa@telekom.si. Submission in physical form in accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act is not possible.

Communication through the single contact point is possible in Slovenian and English.

Information on restrictions on the use of intermediary services

The general and specific terms and sales offers of Telekom Slovenije contain all information on restrictions, measures, and procedures regarding the use of intermediary services of Telekom Slovenije in relation to information provided by service recipients. Telekom Slovenije informs its users about changes to the terms in accordance with applicable legislation.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Digital Services Act, Telekom Slovenije will publish the annual report on content moderation at the following link: https://www.telekom.si/info-in-obvestila.

Additional information regarding hosting services

As a provider of hosting services, Telekom Slovenije has established a mechanism for reporting and action that allows each individual to accurately and appropriately report illegal online content. If you believe that certain online content constitutes or contains illegal content, you can report it to the email address: dsa@telekom.si or by using the following form. After submitting the report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt, and subsequently, you will be informed of Telekom Slovenije's decision regarding your report. If Telekom Slovenije becomes aware of any information that raises suspicion that a criminal offence involving endangerment of life or safety of one or more persons has been committed, is being committed, or is likely to be committed, it will immediately notify the competent authorities for the prevention, detection, and investigation of criminal offences or judicial authorities and provide them with all relevant information available.
