After the coronavirus pandemic was declared in Slovenia, with preschools and schools closing from Monday, Telekom Slovenije upgraded TV programming options with children's, documentary, nature, film and sports content for all its users free of charge for the whole duration of the school closure.
For children Telekom Slovenije has activated free access in all programming options to Nickelodeon, Jim Jam, Minimax and Da Vinci Learning. The Da Vinci Kids mobile app is also available free of charge for a whole month, introducing science, maths, technology, history, culture, nature an sports through videos and interactive content in a humorous and child-friendly way. The content is aimed at children between 6 and 12, and is available in Slovenian only from Telekom Slovenije.
Fans of documentary and nature content will find that Telekom Slovenije added AMC, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, HGTV, ID xtra, TLC, Travel Channel, 24kitchen, National Geographic, Viasat History, Viasat Nature and Viasat Explore in all programming options free of charge.
Sports channels now available for free in all options include Eurosport 1, Eurosport 2 and Eurosport 4K, and, until the end of the month, all Šport TV channels are also available for free.
Film lovers can now also find Fox, Fox Life, Fox Crime and Fox Movies free of charge in their TV programming options.
