Telekom Slovenije has simplified its mobile and fixed subscription plans. Users of the best-rated network can now select from mobile plans Naj, while fixed plans with comprehensive services are now called NEO. The plans allow subscribers to completely customize them by selecting the combinations of services they need.
New customers who conclude a subscriber agreement during the promotional period between 19 March and 30 April 2019, and opt for a mobile phone with a 24-month contract, will pay only €10 per month for their select Naj plan for the first 4 months.
Subscribers can select any combination of a Naj mobile plan (Naj A, Naj B, Naj C) and a NEO fixed plan (NEO A, NEO B, NEO C). Telekom Slovenije recommends all new customers opt for a combination of Naj C and NEO C plans, which provide a comprehensive range of mobile and fixed services for the whole family, and are available at a promotional price of €50 for the first four months when concluding a 24-month contract.
The Naj mobile plans bring unlimited calls and messaging at home and in the EU-rate countries (except for Naj A, which has an allowance of 500 voice minutes in Telekom Slovenije’s mobile network or EU/EEA countries), and also come with abundant data allowances:
- The Naj A plan includes a 2 GB data allowance at home or in EU/EEA countries
- The Naj B plan includes a 70 GB data allowance (of which 8202 MB can be used in EU/EEA countries)
- The Naj B plan includes a 140 GB data allowance (of which 10,814 MB can be used in EU/EEA countries)
After using up all the data allowance, additional data usage is billed at €3 per 1 GB. The Naj B subscription plan also comes with one Additional number for other users, while Naj C comes with up to 4 Additional numbers for residential customers or up to 7 Additional numbers for business customers. All plans include high-speed mobile internet with speeds of up to 150 Mbps downlink and up to 50 Mbps uplink.
Telekom Slovenije also prepared new benefits and upgraded some already popular ones:
- The Child benefit brings a €5 discount on the monthly subscription fee for the Naj A plan concluded for the subscriber’s child aged between 6 and 15 years.
- The Youth benefit brings a €3 discount on the monthly subscription fee for the Naj B and Naj C plans for young people aged between 15 and 31.
- The Senior benefit brings a €3 discount on the monthly subscription fee for the Naj B and Naj C plans for users above 60 and retirees.
- The Connect and Save benefit brings a €3 discount on the monthly subscription fee for all users of Naj plans who connect mobile and fixed services into a single invoice
Benefits are mutually exclusive.
The monthly subscription fee for the Naj A plan is €14.99, for Naj B it is €21.99 and for Naj C it is €27.99.
The NEO A, NEO B and NEO C fixed plans come with advanced TV services with a selected channel bundle, NEO Smartbox, 7-day catchup service, the option of using basic smart home services, unlimited calls in Telekom Slovenije’s VoIP network, and 1000 or more voice minutes to all Slovenian mobile and fixed networks (NEO A with 1000 minutes, NEO B 2000 minutes, and NEO C 3000 minutes). The regular monthly subscription fee for NEO A is €43, for NEO B it is €52, and for NEO C it is €56.
New subscribers to the NEO plans can opt for the unified monthly subscription fee of €40 for the first 4 months when concluding a 24-month contract, or purchase a discounted device with prices starting from €1. Current subscribers concluding a 24-month contract can take pick a product at a special promotional price. If they also add Telekom Slovenije’s electricity supply, they can also take advantage of the €40 unified subscription fee for the first 4 months.
