Telekom Slovenije’s users have confirmed in a survey that they are the most satisfied telecommunications service users on the Slovenian market, both for mobile and fixed services. This is what the results of the spring survey conducted by Valicon show, which measured user satisfaction with telecommunications services. This reinforces Telekom Slovenje’s position as the leading operator and the one with the most satisfied users, as its users were also the most satisfied in the survey conducted in the spring of 2023.

Telekom Slovenije’s users particularly highlight the responsiveness and speed of resolution of any issues, a good range of services, swift connection of fixed services, expansion of the TV channel listing, and an excellent network. For users, the most important factors are the speed and stability of the internet connection and the price/performance ratio, while for mobile services, network coverage is an additional crucial factor.

Over the past year, Telekom Slovenije has increased both the number of fixed broadband connections and mobile users.

How has Telekom Slovenije strengthened user trust over the last year?
User satisfaction is the result of a deliberate and responsible development of both the range of products and services and the network with the aim of providing an excellent user experience.

“Over the last year, we have continued upgrading and expanding the fibre optics network and modernizing our mobile network with the latest 5G technology. We develop our services and the network so that we provide our users with reliability, security, and a good user experience at every points of contact. For this purpose we have begun providing immediate internet and TV connections and increased internet speeds at no extra charge, both in mobile and fixed networks. We have begun providing the NEO TV platform, which features voice control and is the most cutting-edge platform in the Slovenian market, to all users at the end of last year. And last but not least, even during the catastrophic floods that hit Slovenia last year, we once again proved our commitment and responsibility to users, demonstrating that we are the infrastructure backbone of Slovenian society. Our approach and all activities aimed at providing the best user experience are reflected in the satisfaction and trust of our users," emphasized Boštjan Škufca Zaveršek, Vice President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije.

Telekom Slovenije manages the biggest and most state-of-the-art network in the country. Its fibre optics network, which provides speeds up to 2 Gbps, now serves more than 460,000 households, and it has provided 5G-coverage to additional 420,000 residents last year. By 2025, it will achieve 99-percent coverage with 5G technology, actively realizing the vision of a gigabit digital Slovenia by 2030.
