Telekom Slovenije promises a satisfaction guarantee to all new subscribers to NEO TV platform services, and will provide them with a connection immediately. This means that they will refund the money to those who are not satisfied with the service after using it for 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, we give you your money back. And we make sure you are connected immediately,” emphasised Katja Šajnovič, Director of Business Development at Telekom Slovenije.
Telekom Slovenije manages the biggest and most advanced fibre optic network in the country; it is available to more than a half Slovenian households. Subscribers can opt for speeds of up to 2 Gigabits per second (Gbps), and Telekom Slovenije is already upgrading its network with XGS-PON technology that will support speeds of up to 10 Gbps. Immediate connection means that internet, fixed telephone and television services are immediately available to subscribers over Telekom Slovenije’s superior mobile network. This is a particularly welcome solution for subscribers where fixed broadband connections are about to be established; however, it is not a precondition.
The NEO platform was developed by Telekom Slovenije’s experts, and the company is constantly upgrading it in line with the needs of its users and the latest trends. Just recently the platform was upgraded with a new user interface that is more intuitive, simpler, and provides faster navigation; voice control in the Slovenian language is now also supported by artificial intelligence.
There are now more than 250,000 NEO Smartbox set-top boxes in Slovenian households, and from November there will be 35,000 more, as Telekom Slovenije will fully replace older technology with this modern platform, retiring the two older BOX S set-top boxes from Netgem, which are still used by some subscribers.
The promotion with the satisfaction guarantee is available during the promotional period from 1 September to 31 October 2023. During this time new subscribers to NEO subscription plans can take advantage of the 30-day test drive of the service; if they are not satisfied with the service, they can withdraw from their subscriber agreement within 30 days.
