Telekom Slovenije opens a new sales centre at Čopova in Ljubljana based on the “People First” concept

Pred 7 dnevi

Telekom Slovenije’s new Čopova sales centre is located at Prešernov trg 3 (entrance from Čopova ulica).

With this new location, the Telekom Slovenije retail store in the city centre is moving from its location at Trg Ajdovščina to the main promenade and to the very heart of city events, where it will be even closer and easier to access. It is also the second sales centre of Telekom Slovenije, based on the “People First” principle, which puts users and employees at the forefront, so that the latter can act as their reliable partners and consultants in the digital world. Supported by sustainable design, it provides a pleasant environment that creates a safe, accessible and inclusive environment and allows a more personal treatment and experience of the devices, services and capabilities of the Telekom Slovenije network. The current Telekom centre Ajdovščina is closing as of today.

Telekom's sales centre at Čopova is designed according to a new concept introduced by Telekom Slovenije in its sales centres. It reflects a modern approach that puts sales agents and visitors as well as the user experience at the forefront. The space is designed to allow easy contact with consultants, while also offering calmer, private corners for in-depth conversations. Special emphasis is placed on the personal experience, and visitors can also try out devices and services such as NEO and E-Care for themselves. In the new sales centre, visitors can also try out other modern services and test the capacity of Telekom Slovenije’s network, which guarantees an excellent user experience. Their quality is reaffirmed by independent measurements and awards for the best, fastest and most reliable mobile network and the best user experience in Slovenia. The concept is based on an in-depth insight into the needs of customers and was created in collaboration with the internationally renowned architectural bureau Brigada. The first such centre opened its doors at the end of March in Ljubljana's Citypark shopping mall.

Telekom Slovenije’s Čopova sales centre is open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 7 pm and on Saturdays between 9 am and 1 pm (closed on Sundays and holidays).

During the opening of Telekom Slovenije's new sales centre in Čopova, and for the whole week of the opening, between 25 and 30 May, all visitors will be able to take advantage of special offers for subscribers of Naj and SUPR subscription plans, as well as gifts when purchasing select Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi and Honor devices.

Until the end of the year, all subscribers of E-Care service can take advantage of the special benefit of Connect and Save with E-Care, which brings more affordable communication with a reduced monthly subscription fee for the Naj A mobile subscription plan and the NEO TV fixed plan. The Connect and Save with E-Care benefit brings new and existing E-Care subscribers the Naj A mobile subscription plan from €6.99 per month and the NEO TV fixed plan from €29.99 per month:
