After Telekom Slovenije was the first in Slovenia to introduce voice commands in Slovenian for managing TV content more than four years ago, the NEO platform is now used by more than 140,000 subscribers.
NEO makes it possible to find TV content by the title of a film or a TV show, the name of an actor or a TV channel, a sport, a sporting event and similar. On average users speak 12 million voice commands per month, with cartoons and reality TV being among the most popular ones.
User habit change, and Telekom Slovenije is constantly updating its range of services in order to meet the users’ needs. In line with this strategy, the company revamped its NEO subscription plans, including those services that the users request most often, namely even faster internet access and a TV channel line-up with a wealth of content. Users can customize all other service to fit their needs: they can add various programming options, increase internet speed, add the Varen splet security plan, upgrade their channel line-up, or add fixed telephone services with unlimited calls to fixed and mobile networks in Slovenia.
The range of fixed subscription plans has also been simplified, so that plans now provide the highest internet speeds available on available technology.
What is included in subscription plans?
The NEO A subscription plan includes unlimited internet with speeds of 100/40 Mbps on the fibre optics network, and the basic channel line-up with more than 135 TV channels, NEO B comes with unlimited internet with speeds of 350/40 Mbps on the fibre optics network, and the Standard channel line-up with more than 185 TV channels, while NEO C includes unlimited internet with speeds of 1 Gbps/100 Mbps on the fibre optics network and the Mega HD channel line-up with more than 230 TV channels.
