Telekom Slovenije launched the Moj Telekom mobile app back in 2013. Since then, the app has undergone several redesigns and gained a significant number of loyal users who can now take advantage of the completely new version.
The new Moj Telekom app is designed for Telekom Slovenije service subscribers and provides an even more carefree access to services. In addition to the already established options, it also offers many new features. It provides a simple overview of use, invoice payments, subscriber plan management, and the use of numerous benefits from the loyalty programme. Shortcuts to favourite features provide immediate access to the most frequently used services and features. The user interface is intuitive, with clear icons and sensibly arranged menus that provide fast navigation. Users can choose between light and dark modes, and they will always be up to date with current developments and the status of services through the app’s push notifications. For the first time, the Moj Telekom app is also available in English, in addition to Slovenian. An important new feature introduced by the app is a new generation of chat. The digital advisor Maks communicates in a natural and friendly way using artificial intelligence. Maks helps users find information, advises on the use of services, and answers questions 24/7. Maks provides fast and efficient support and is constantly learning and improving to be even better at helping users every moment.

For users of Mobi prepaid services, Telekom Slovenije had already launched the standalone Moj Mobi app in the summer, which has garnered enthusiasm among users precisely because it is tailored to the nature of prepaid services and the latest trends. In just over three months since its introduction, it has already had more than 20,000 users and is the best-rated Telekom Slovenije app in the Google Play store.
Precisely because of the focus on subscribers' needs, the new Moj Telekom app is tailored to them, and the Moj Mobi mobile app or the web version of Moj Telekom at moj.telekom.si are available for managing Mobi accounts.
