Digital vouchers in the value of EUR 150, which will come into effect on 15 June, can be used at Telekom Slovenije to purchase more than 800 products, and when concluding a subscription, also paying in 12 or 24 monthly instalments.
In phase one, elementary school students in the final three years, secondary school students and university students can redeem their digital vouchers (those aged 55 or more will follow in phase two), and we prepared a special offer with notebook, desktop and tablet computers, as well as accessories, such as headphones, speakers, web cameras, keyboards, etc. Everybody, regardless of which operator they use for their communication services, can redeem their digital vouchers at Telekom Slovenije for products from the regular line-up. Telekom Slovenije has sufficient supplies of the most attractive devices.
Customers can redeem their digital voucher when purchasing in Telekom Slovenije’s online store, as well as through the call centre and at Telekom Slovenije’s Sales Centres and authorised shops across Slovenia. Besides being able to purchase in instalments, customers will also receive free delivery, subsidised price with extended contract, option for insuring mobile devices with two months of free insurance, and a two-month promotional service for the Varen splet security service. All users who opt to increase their internet speeds to 1 Gbps on fibre optics after 15 June when redeeming their voucher, will also receive the increased speed free of charge for the first year, and they can also switch their existing mobile or fixed plan at no extra cost.
Digital vouchers can be redeemed from 15 June; however, users can already submit inquiries about products using an online form. For bigger purchases, Telekom Slovenije will make it possible for family members to combine their vouchers for a single product.
If a customer opts for a product that costs more than EUR 150, they can redeem their digital voucher, and pay the remaining amount in a single payment or in instalments.
Those eligible can redeem their digital vouchers until 30 November 2022. Seniors with digital vouchers will have to take a free digital course before they can redeem their digital voucher.
