The Moj Mobi mobile app is celebrating its first birthday. In just one year, it has attracted more than 53,000 users, who have made more than 115,000 purchases of Mobi subscription plans and service activations through the app. Available to users in eight languages, the app provides quick and easy management of prepaid services directly on a mobile phone. To mark the anniversary, Telekom Slovenije has also launched a special prize draw in which users can win mobile phones.
Telekom Slovenije developed Moj Mobi for users who want to manage their mobile services quickly, transparently and without having to visit a sales centre. In the space of a year, the app has become the central digital hub for users of Mobi prepaid services, providing a single place where they can monitor their credit and usage, top up their accounts, manage service plans and add-ons at home and abroad, activate an eSIM, port their number from another operator and manage multiple Mobi numbers at the same time. It is ideal for anyone who does not want a subscription agreement and prefers to manage their own usage. For as little as EUR 2, users can obtain an eSIM or a traditional SIM card via the app, including unlimited calls within the Telekom Slovenije network and 1 GB of data in Slovenia for seven days. This, combined with the availability of multiple languages, also makes it attractive to tourists staying in Slovenia for a short period. Until the end of August, Mobi users who activate the Mobi A, B or C subscription plans can also take advantage of a special summer offer, with prices up to 50% lower for the first six months. The results from the app’s first year of operation also demonstrate that users recognise the benefits of managing services digitally. The app is already used by more than 53,000 users, who have made more than 115,000 purchases of service plans and services and topped up Mobi accounts 150,000 times. The high user satisfaction further confirms that users see Moj Mobi as a useful, simple and reliable digital solution for managing prepaid mobile services.
Moj Mobi speaks the language of its users
The Moj Mobi app is available to users in eight languages, further improving the accessibility of Telekom Slovenije’s services for different groups of users. Slovenian, English and Serbian are among the most widely used languages. According to the latest data, English has already overtaken Serbian in terms of usage, reflecting the diversity of the user base and the importance of multilingual digital support. The app supports Slovenian, English, German, Italian, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian and Albanian.
New features coming to the app
Telekom Slovenije will continue upgrading the Moj Mobi app with new features. Upcoming additions include additional payment methods, including Google Pay and Apple Pay, the option of making an immediate payment by payment card without first topping up the account balance, and sign-in using a passkey. These upgrades will make managing services through the app even simpler, more secure and faster. Telekom Slovenije’s objective is for Moj Mobi to be a user-friendly digital solution that brings together key features in one place and makes it easy for users to manage their Mobi number at any time.
A prize draw to celebrate the first birthday
To mark the first birthday of the Moj Mobi app, Telekom Slovenije has also organised a prize draw running from 3 to 23 August 2026. Users can enter the prize draw simply by using the Moj Mobi app, which automatically enters them into a draw to win one of three mobile phones (Google Pixel 10a, Honor 600 and Redmi 15C 5G). A new winner will be drawn each week, with each winner receiving one of the three mobile phones.
