Moj Telekom: everything in one place
The Moj Telekom app allows users to manage their mobile and fixed services quickly and easily, anywhere, anytime. In the app, they can check their usage and included allowances, monitor their home internet connection, manage their subscription plans, and activate additional services and options. They can also view their bills, instalments and contractual commitments in one place and settle their outstanding amounts without any commission. One of the app’s latest additions is support for digital payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing users to pay bills quickly and securely and top up Mobi accounts directly from the mobile app. Payments can be made with just a few taps and confirmed using facial recognition, a fingerprint or the device passcode, without having to re-enter payment card details. Users can also access Loyalty Programme benefits via the Moj Telekom app, while the Maks digital assistant is available 24/7 to help them with using the services. Moj Telekom also provides a quick and straightforward way to enter into a new mobile subscription agreement. By signing in via SI-PASS and selecting an eSIM, users can complete the entire process digitally in just a few minutes, without visiting a point of sale. The app combines service management, cost monitoring, digital conclusion of subscription agreements and modern payment methods in one place, making it easy for users to manage their everyday telecommunications needs. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available in the Moj Mobi mobile app for purchasing or topping up credit.

Easier mobile number transferring
With iOS 27, Telekom Slovenije offers users an easier way to transfer their mobile number or mobile subscription plan between supported iPhone devices directly in the phone settings. Users can transfer their existing physical SIM card or eSIM to a new iPhone as an eSIM. The process does not require a visit to a point of sale, replacement of the physical SIM card or the use of any additional apps. The existing phone number is retained during the transfer, while the previous SIM or eSIM is automatically deactivated. The service is currently available for transfers between iPhone 12 and newer models running the appropriate version of the iOS operating system, and the range of supported devices and functionalities will gradually be expanded.

What’s new on the NEO platform in September

The NEO platform also offers a diverse selection of content for all generations in September. Featured content includes actress of the month Olivia Wilde, famous from popular television series and hit films, while documentary enthusiasts can enjoy the most-watched content from BBC Earth. To mark the start of the school year, a carefully selected range of content for children, teenagers and school children is also available. Film enthusiasts will be delighted by new films in the DKino video library, with new titles being added continuously. New films already available to watch include Minions & Monsters, Evil Dead Burn, The End of Oak Street and The AI Doc.

VALÚ benefit for Slovenian Railways passengers

From 16 to 29 September 2026, a special promotional campaign is taking place under which VALÚ users receive 30% of the purchase amount back into their VALÚ account when purchasing Slovenian Railways tickets. Tickets can be purchased on the train, at Slovenian Railways ticket offices or via the VALÚ app. The campaign provides an additional incentive to use modern digital payment solutions and public passenger transport.

Staying safe at home with E-Care as part of long-term care
Through its E-Care service, Telekom Slovenije provides the elderly, people with disabilities and those suffering from chronically illnesses with greater safety and the opportunity to live independently at home for longer. The service forms part of the rights available under Slovenia’s long-term care scheme and is therefore provided free of charge to eligible users. The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work center, and individuals over the age of 80 do not need to go through an eligibility assessment process for approval. Once the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije handles all administrative procedures and organises professional installation at the user’s home.
