Pred 5 dnevi

Telekom Slovenije launches solutions for savings and ease of mind.

New bundling of fixed and mobile services can deliver families savings of more than EUR 2,000, while concluding a fully digital subscription to a mobile subscription plan is now also an option through the Moj Telekom app. Promotional benefits on devices are complemented by the Modri fon offer (Honor devices with insurance and the Safe Internet service) and the Samsung Days campaign with gifts. New summer options with unlimited internet access and protection against roaming costs bring holidays with an ease of mind, while the home network can be upgraded with three months of free TurboWiFi. Telekom Slovenije is bolstering its technological leadership with the first deployment of a standalone 5G network in Slovenia, and is the social responsibility champion with its E-Care solution, which supports safe independent living at home for more vulnerable users as part of long-term care.

Telekom Slovenije’s new offer: savings of more than EUR 2,000 for families
Telekom Slovenije’s new offer is strategically bundling fixed and mobile services bringing users state-of-the-art 5G SA technology and ultra-fast fibre connectivity at highly accessible prices. During the promotional period from 15 May to 31 July 2026, the Naj and SUPR subscription plans are available from EUR 10.99 with a 24-month commitment, while NEO fixed subscription plans start from EUR 32.99 per month, potentially delivering savings of more than EUR 2,000 for an average three-member family over two years. For those who subscribe digitally to a mobile subscription plan through the Moj Telekom portal by the end of the year, the promotional benefit is extended from two to three years. This comprehensive approach, available to both residential and business subscribers, ensures a reliable and seamless user experience through the gigabit network with 99% 5G coverage. Full details of the offer are available on the Telekom Slovenije website, in Telekom Slovenije sales centres, or by calling 041 700 700.

Safe living at home with E-Care services
The E-Care service from Telekom Slovenije allows elderly people, chronically ill individuals and persons with disabilities to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This solution has become an official entitlement within long-term care and is fully free of charge for eligible users. The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work centre. Individuals aged over 80 are not required to undergo a prior eligibility assessment. Once the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije handles all administrative procedures and organises professional installation at the user’s home. Those interested in seeing how the E-oskrba system works in practice can visit any Telekom Slovenije retail centre.

Fully digital mobile subscription in just a few minutes
Telekom Slovenije offers a fully digitalised process for concluding a mobile subscription agreement through the Moj Telekom mobile app. The process is completely digital and can be completed by users in just a few minutes, anytime and anywhere. This option is also available to existing Telekom Slovenije subscribers. During the process, subscribers may choose either to transfer their existing number or receive a new one. They can also opt for a traditional physical SIM card or an eSIM. When choosing an eSIM, users do not need to wait for delivery by post, but can simply install it on their phone and start using the services immediately. Subscribers can also replace their existing SIM card with an eSIM quickly and easily from the Moj Telekom app, which is particularly convenient as more and more new devices support eSIM technology.

Safe roaming abroad with unlimited internet and protection from bill shock
Telekom Slovenije continues to support carefree travel. Users will once more be able to benefit from unlimited data transfer in Croatia through the promotional HR-internet Plus option, which provides 7 days unlimited data for EUR 5.99 (incl. VAT). Subscribers and Mobi users can simply activate the option via SMS or in Moj Telekom. While roaming in Balkan countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania), the Balkan internet unlimited option is also available, offering unlimited data for EUR 15.99 (incl. VAT) for a full month. Activation via SMS or Moj Telekom is required. For additional protection against unexpected costs outside the EU-rate zone, Telekom Slovenije also provides automatic activation of a 1 GB data option in select countries. If users do not activate a data option themselves, it will be automatically activated upon the first data usage in a foreign network.

TurboWiFi for even better coverage
Between 1 April and 30 June 2026, Telekom Slovenije offers all new and existing subscribers to fixed services three months of free use of the Turbo WiFi service. They can select a high-end modem, and opt for an advanced signal extender or a basic extender to ensure seamless signal coverage throughout their home. The benefit also applies when ordering multiple devices simultaneously. After the promotional period, the service is charged according to the standard price list.

Promotional prices for Honor 600 Lite 5G and Honor Magic8 Pro 5G
Telekom Slovenije’s new monthly Modri fon offer makes popular devices available at even more attractive promotional prices. The featured devices for May are the Honor 600 Lite 5G and Honor Magic8 Pro 5G smartphones. Subscribers also receive three months of free device insurance and two months of Safe Web free of charge.

Samsung Days
Explore the current Samsung device line-up with savings of up to EUR 303. Choose from phones, tablets and smartwatches to find the device that best suits your needs. If you opt for Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy Z Flip7 phones by 31 May 2026, you will also receive a Galaxy Tab S10 Lite tablet as a gift.

Protect devices from storms with Lightning Alert
Slovenia is highly exposed to summer storms. Lightning strikes can quickly damage modems, televisions and computers and result in the loss of valuable data. Telekom Slovenije advises users to disconnect devices from the power supply and telecommunications network before storms or when leaving for holiday. For additional security, subscribers can activate the free Lightning Alert service, which sends an SMS warning in the event of a lightning storm in your area. Activation is available by sending an SMS to 041 145 000 containing the word STRELA and the user’s username for fixed services (e.g. STRELA novakj). A warning of an approaching storm is also displayed on the television screen.

Telekom Slovenije shaping the future of networks alongside Europe’s leading operators
Telekom Slovenije has successfully completed an extensive modernisation and expansion of its mobile network in cooperation with its technology partner Ericsson, and is the first in the country to introduce 5G Standalone (SA) technology. Telekom Slovenije’s ability to position its advanced 5G SA solutions alongside European best practice was further confirmed by hosting the international Ericsson User Group meeting in Ljubljana. The event brought together more than 110 experts from 35 European operators, who exchanged experience and proposed technical improvements for network infrastructure, with Telekom Slovenije playing an exceptionally proactive role for many years.
