Safe roaming abroad with unlimited internet and protection from bill shock
By offering roaming data plans, Telekom Slovenije ensures carefree and safe use of mobile services abroad. For the most popular holiday destinations in Croatia, the HR-internet Plus promotional plan is once again available, which for EUR 5.99 including VAT brings seven days of unlimited data allowance. Mobi subscribers and prepaid users can easily activate it via SMS or via the Moj Telekom or Moj Mobi portal or app. Those traveling to the Balkan countries, specifically Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, or Albania, can choose the monthly subscription Balkan internet unlimited. This subscription plan costs EUR 15.99 including VAT and provides unlimited internet, but prior activation via SMS or through Moj Telekom is also required before making calls or browsing the web, while Mobi prepaid users need can activate it in the Moj Mobi app. To effectively protect against high and unexpected costs outside the EU rate area, Telekom Slovenije has introduced a safeguard in the form of automatically activated 1 GB data allowance in select countries. This safety mechanism is activated automatically upon first contact with a foreign network and the start of data transfer, except for those users who had already opted for another data option.

NEO with new content: football championship in one place and free films
During the FIFA World Cup, a special thematic page was prepared on the NEO platform, which allows users to easily view matches by group, follow current and upcoming matches, and quickly access the most watched content. All matches are equipped with highlights. For RTV Slovenia broadcasts, they are available for all matches, and for the rest, as part of Arena Sport channels, which provides a comprehensive insight into the championship events. Another new feature on the NEO homepage is the highlights from the FilmBox Premium channel, which brings a high-quality selection of different genres. FilmBox Premium is available on channel 226, and has been activated free of charge for all subscribers during June.

Protect your devices from storms
The summer months in Slovenia bring an increased risk of severe storms, with lightning strikes that can seriously damage modems, televisions and computers and cause permanent data loss. Telekom Slovenije advises users to disconnect all devices from both the electrical and the telecommunications networks as a precaution before a storm arrives or before going on vacation. To increase the security of the fixed network, subscribers are offered a free Lightning Alert service, which notifies of the risk of a lightning strike nearby via SMS message. The service can be simply activated by sending an SMS to 041 145 000. In the message, enter the keyword STRELA and your username for fixed services, separated by a space. In addition to mobile notifications, a warning about an approaching storm is also displayed directly on the TV screen.

New family offer from Telekom Slovenije
Telekom Slovenije has launched an updated family offer , which allows users to comprehensively manage the digital life of all household members in one place. The concept of the offer is a response to the needs of modern families for simplicity and combines devices, connections and costs with one provider. The basis of the new offer is the principle of greater savings when multiple family members use the services simultaneously. Subscribers will receive an exclusive family benefit when purchasing a select Samsung mobile phones and choosing a 24-month contract on the Naj package. The SUPR mini or SUPR najst children's package are available for twelve months without a monthly subscription. The combination of Connect and Save benefits and promotional prices on mobile and fixed subscription plans can effectively optimize costs. Telekom Slovenije has developed an advanced online assistant that helps users independently create the optimal combination of customized services for their family based on their needs.

Telekom Slovenije launches a new offer with combined fixed and mobile services
Telekom Slovenije’s new offer that strategically connects fixed and mobile services brings users the latest 5G technology and lightning-fast fibre optics at extremely affordable prices. During the promotional period until 31 July 2026, the Naj and SUPR mobile subscription plans are available from EUR 10.99 with a 24-month contract, and fixed-line NEO plans are available from EUR 32.99 per month. TurboWiFi for even better coverage
Telekom Slovenije is giving all new and existing fixed-line subscribers who sign up by 30 June 2026 three months of free use of the Turbo WiFi service. They can select a high-end modem, and opt for an advanced signal extender or a basic extender to ensure seamless signal coverage throughout their home. The benefit also applies when ordering multiple devices simultaneously. After the promotional period, the service is charged according to the standard price list.

The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work centre, and individuals over the age of 80 do not need to go through an eligibility assessment process for approval. After the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije takes care of the entire administration and organizes professional installation of equipment at home. Until the end of the year, all subscribers to E-Care plan also receive the special benefit of Connect and Save with E-Care, which brings more affordable communication with a reduced monthly subscription for the Naj A mobile plan and the NEO TV fixed plan. 

New documentary: The story of an algorithm that acts as a modern-day trap 
A new documentary film, created with the support of Telekom Slovenije, titled CHOSEN in the decision-making system, opens a view into the digital space, where algorithms, social networks and other digital mechanisms of influence are increasingly (re)shaping the world of young people, as well as adults. It is primarily intended for parents and guardians to provide them knowledge, as it raises current issues of the impact of algorithms, social networks, and the digital environment on young people. The film is available for free in June in the DKino video library on NEO, as part of Podcasts, where you can find more recommendations and information as part of raising awareness of the safe, moderate and responsible use of internet and technologies.
