Digital innovations for better living – June 2025

18. 6. 2025

Telekom Slovenije is heading into the summer with a range of strategic innovations that boost the user experience and its leading market position.

The main focus is on upgrading all existing Naj mobile subscription plans, which now include gigabit 5G speeds (up to 1 Gbit/s). During a special promotional period until 31 July, Naj subscription plans are available from as low as €9.99 per month for two years; this offer is available to all new users who combine fixed and mobile services. Young users on SUPR and SUPR teen subscription plans can opt for an exceptional offer – free AirPods wireless headphones with the purchase of selected iPhone models as part of the Modri Fon benefits. The range of premium devices now also includes the latest Apple Watch Series 10 and Ultra 2, which can now connect to the Telekom Slovenije mobile network for the first time. For travellers, the option of unlimited data transfer abroad has been extended and now includes the USA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Another significant new feature is the integration of the SI-PASS system for easy and secure login to the Moj Telekom portal without the need for additional passwords. Telekom Slovenije's successful focus is further confirmed by the Grand Prix for Marketing Excellence, received for its comprehensive strategy and sustainable operations.

Modri Fon: Free AirPods with the purchase of a new iPhone
This June, Telekom Slovenije is delighting all young users with SUPR and SUPR teen subscription plans with the Modri Fon benefit. As part of a special sales promotion, they'll receive AirPods Bluetooth headphones free of charge when purchasing selected Apple mobile phones at a reduced price. With the purchase of an iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 model, they receive AirPods 4 ANC headphones, while those opting for the iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro Max models receive the AirPods Pro 2 headphones. This offer combines premium devices with an exceptional benefit, providing young users with an even better experience on Telekom Slovenije's state-of-the-art 5G network.

Telekom Slovenije launches Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra 2
Telekom Slovenije has launched the Apple Watch Series 10, the slimmest Apple Watch to date, featuring the largest and most advanced display of any Apple Watch, faster charging, water depth meter and temperature sensors, and the Apple Watch Ultra 2. Both models incorporate groundbreaking health and fitness insights provided by watchOS 11. The Apple Watch GPS + Cellular can connect directly to the mobile network, allowing users to remain connected, make calls, and receive messages, even when their iPhone is not nearby. Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS + Cellular) and Apple Watch Ultra 2 are already available. For more information visit https://www.telekom.si/apple-watch-cellular.

Gigabit 5G Naj subscription plans from EUR 9.99 per month
Telekom Slovenije is fulfilling its commitment to continuously improve services for its users. All mobile subscription plans from the popular Naj family have been upgraded and now include gigabit transfer speeds on the 4G/5G mobile network. The top available download speed for users is now up to 1 Gbps, while the upload speed is up to 200 Mbps. This significant upgrade provides users with an even better experience, including instant downloading of big files, seamless streaming of content in the highest resolutions (4K/8K), impeccable online gaming, and reliable remote work. To make this experience accessible to as many users as possible, Telekom Slovenije has introduced a special promotional price, available until 31 July 2025. During this period, the monthly subscription fee for any selected Naj subscription plan is reduced to €14.99. For those who also have Telekom Slovenije's fixed services (such as NEO A, B, C, Net, or NEO TV subscription plans), the price is even lower at €9.99 per month, as part of the 'Connect and Save' benefit. This way Telekom Slovenije further rewards the loyalty of users who combine their telecommunications services under one roof. This benefit is available to both new and existing users, with slightly different terms. For new users who sign up for a subscription, the promotional price applies for the entire 24-month period. Existing users can take advantage of the benefit when renewing their subscription with a 24-month contract and purchasing a new device. For them, the promotional monthly subscription fee applies for the first three months after concluding the contract.

Beware, lightning! Protect your equipment
As lightning strikes most often damage modems, set-top boxes and computers, Telekom Slovenije advises disconnecting devices from all networks before a storm. For timely danger notifications, Telekom Slovenije offers the free Lightning Alarm service that alerts you via SMS and a notification on your TV screen. You can easily activate the service by sending an SMS message with the keyword “STRELA” followed by your username for fixed services (found on your bill or in the Moj Telekom portal) to 041 145 000. If Telekom Slovenije's equipment is damaged, please call 041 700 700. Full details are available at http://ts.si/bliskoviti-obisk

Telekom Slovenije offers unlimited internet in popular new destinations
Telekom Slovenije’s mobile users can now access new unlimited data allowance bundles in a growing number of countries. They can choose bundles that provide unlimited mobile internet in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. Now, this also includes the USA, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Switzerland. For worry-free communication and internet use when travelling within the European Union, Telekom Slovenije's subscription plans also include generous data allowances.

Telekom Slovenije simplifies login with the SI-PASS system
Telekom Slovenije has introduced a new way to login to its websites, including the Moj Telekom portal and E-store, via the national identity verification system SI-PASS. This new feature provides easy and immediate access to service management for all users, both existing and new. The integration of the SI-PASS system ensures a high level of security in compliance with European legislation. Users can login using their electronic ID card, smsPASS mobile identity, or a qualified digital certificate, eliminating the need for a separate username and password for Telekom Slovenije’s services. This also promotes digital business operations. Users who opt to receive an e-invoice and activate access to the Moj Telekom portal will receive the digital discount of EUR 0.50 per month for one year.

The Grand Prix for Marketing Excellence goes to Telekom Slovenije
At the 30th Slovenian Marketing Conference, Telekom Slovenije received the Grand Prix for Marketing Excellence. The expert jury also recognised the company in two key categories: its "Always Getting Better" project triumphed for its comprehensive marketing strategy that successfully reversed negative business trends, while the "Enjoy Intelligently" initiative was awarded for its sustainable operations and promotion of safe technology use. The success was further complemented as three other projects were shortlisted for awards: INO.LAB, E-care at Home, and a project in the field of user experience improvement. These accolades confirm the success of the company's strategic focus on innovation, service quality, and social responsibility.

Črtomir encourages responsible cheering along the blue line at the Tour of Slovenia
Telekom Slovenije, with its #CheerIntelligently initiative, also promoted safe and responsible cheering at this year's Tour of Slovenia. The symbolic blue line, which marked a safe space for fans at four key points along the route, highlighted the importance of maintaining distance from cyclists. The mime artist Črtomir also joined the initiative, symbolically reinforcing the safety message by performing an "invisible wall”. The purpose of the initiative is to prevent dangerous situations and encourage a respectful cheering culture.
