With the Moj Telekom mobile app, subscribers can conveniently manage their subscription and services directly from their mobile phone, while monitoring their usage and included allowances anytime and anywhere, managing their subscription plans, activating additional services and data allowances, and viewing and paying their bills. As part of its July offers, Telekom Slovenije is also highlighting discounts on selected iPhone models available through the Modri Fon offer, as well as the summer promotion on the Mobi A, B and C plans. While on holiday, users can enjoy their favourite TV shows and sporting events via the NEO app or through the neo.io website. For worry-free use of mobile services abroad, data allowances are available for Croatia and the Balkans, together with protection against high charges when using mobile services outside the EU roaming area. Telekom Slovenije also provides practical advice on protecting devices from summer storms, showcases its updated family offer with savings for customers who combine multiple services, and highlights the E-Care service, which helps older people, persons with disabilities and people with chronic health conditions live more safely and independently in their own homes.
Moj Telekom: worry-free, even on the go
Even while on holiday or travelling, subscribers can easily manage their telecommunications services directly from their mobile phone. With the Moj Telekom app, they can monitor their usage and included allowances anytime and anywhere, manage their subscription plans, and activate additional services, options and data allowances, which is particularly convenient before travelling abroad or while staying outside Slovenia. They can check and pay their bills free of commission, monitor the status of their home internet service, view instalment payments and contract commitments, and take advantage of the benefits available through the Loyalty Programme in one place. If they need additional information or assistance with using Telekom Slovenije’s services, the Maks digital assistant is available 24 hours a day. With the Moj Telekom app, subscribers always have their mobile and fixed services at their fingertips, whether at home, on the move or on holiday.
Users can also use the Moj Telekom app to take out a new mobile subscription quickly and easily. By signing in with SI-PASS and selecting an eSIM, they can complete the entire process digitally in just a few minutes.
NEO during the summer holidays
Users can take their favourite TV content with them on holiday, as the NEO app allows them to watch television anytime and anywhere, on a mobile phone, a tablet or via the neo.io website. Whether travelling, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the shade of pine trees, they can follow live sports, TV shows, films and other popular content. In July, highlights on the NEO platform include the Tour de France, content from the FIFA World Cup, a selection of films featuring July’s Actress of the Month, Emily Blunt, new additions to the DKino video library, HBO content, and the Veseli ritmi music video library, featuring more than 1,500 music videos by Slovenian artists.
Unlimited internet abroad and protection from bill shock
Telekom Slovenije offers a range of data allowances that allow users to enjoy worry-free and secure use of mobile services while travelling abroad. Customers spending their holidays in Croatia can once again take advantage of the promotional HR-internet Plus option, which provides seven days of unlimited data for EUR 5.99 (incl. VAT). Subscribers can activate the option easily via SMS or through the Moj Telekom app, while Mobi users can do so via SMS or the Moj Mobi app. Users travelling to the Balkan countries – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Albania – can take out the monthly Balkan internet unlimited data allowance add-on. For EUR 15.99 (incl. VAT) it provides unlimited mobile internet access. The option must be activated before use via SMS or the Moj Telekom app, while Mobi users can activate it through the Moj Mobi app. To provide additional protection against high or unexpected charges when using mobile data outside the countries covered by the EU roaming area, Telekom Slovenije has also introduced an automatic 1 GB data add-on for selected countries. This safeguard is activated automatically when a user first connects to a foreign mobile network and starts using mobile data, provided that they have not already activated another appropriate data add-on.
Protect your data and insure your device
While travelling, a mobile phone often serves as a camera, map, wallet, communication hub and gateway to personal information. It is therefore advisable to protect your device with a screen lock, create backups, exercise caution when lending your device to others and ensure appropriate protection against unforeseen events. The Brezskrbni device insurance is designed to protect devices against unexpected events. The mobile phone insurance plans include a range of cover options, including accidental damage, liquid damage and, under the Premium package, theft, burglary, robbery and pickpocketing.
Take out Brezskrbni Travel Insurance and pay only for the days you use it
Users can arrange individual Brezskrbni Travel Insurance for EUR 0.99 per day or family Brezskrbni Travel Insurance for EUR 2.48 per day by confirming their interest in taking out the insurance in the Moj Telekom app, completing the online forms and signing them digitally. The insurance is activated automatically when crossing the national border and deactivated automatically upon returning to Slovenia. Users simply need to keep their mobile device connected to the mobile network. The assistance centre is available 24 hours a day. The insurance is charged on a daily basis, up to a maximum of 45 days per insurance year. If users spend more than 45 days abroad during the insurance year, they do not incur any additional charges. The insurance provides worldwide cover and also includes business travel.
iPhones in special promotions through the Modri Fon offer
In July, Telekom Slovenije is offering selected iPhone 17 Pro models at special prices through the Modri Fon offer. Customers purchasing an iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB with a 24-month contract commitment and monthly instalments of EUR 49.75 save EUR 185. Customers purchasing an iPhone 17 Pro Max with a 24-month contract commitment and monthly instalments of EUR 57.50 save EUR 159. The offer also includes an additional benefit of three months of complimentary device insurance.
Tailored family services: more connected, greater savings
Telekom Slovenije has launched an updated family offer, which allows users to comprehensively manage the digital life of all household members in one place. The basis of the new offer is the principle of greater savings when multiple family members use the services simultaneously. Subscribers will receive exclusive family benefits when purchasing a select Samsung mobile phones and choosing a 24-month contract on the Naj package. The SUPR mini or SUPR najst children's package are available for twelve months without a monthly subscription. The benefit is active until 31 July 2026. The combination of Connect and Save benefits and promotional prices on mobile and fixed subscription plans can effectively optimize costs. Telekom Slovenije has developed an advanced online assistant that helps users independently create the optimal combination of customized services for their family based on their needs.
Mobi summer promotion: up to 50% off Mobi A, B and C plans
The Moj Mobi app has become the central digital hub for users of the Mobi prepaid service. Users can easily monitor their usage in the app, as well as manage their credit balance, activate and renew plans, and set up recurring payments for automatic renewals. Until 31 August 2026, users can also benefit from the Mobi summer promotion, offering discounts of up to 50% on the Mobi A, Mobi B and Mobi C plans. The Mobi A plan is available at a 25% discount, the Mobi B plan at a 30% discount, and the Mobi C plan at a 50% discount.
Protect your devices from thunderstorms
During the summer months, Slovenia experiences an increased likelihood of severe thunderstorms. Lightning strikes can seriously damage modems, television sets, computers and other equipment, while also causing permanent data loss. Telekom Slovenije advises users to disconnect all devices from both the power supply and the telecommunications network before a thunderstorm arrives or before leaving for their holiday. To improve the protection of fixed networks, subscribers can use the free Lightning Alert service, which provides timely SMS alerts about the risk of nearby lightning strikes. The service sends an SMS warning when there is a risk of a nearby lightning strike. Users can activate the service by sending an SMS to 041 145 000 containing the keyword STRELA, followed by their fixed-service username, separated by a space. In addition to SMS notifications, warnings of approaching storms can also be displayed directly on the television screen.
Safer independent living at home with E-Care
Through its E-Care service, Telekom Slovenije helps older people, persons with disabilities and people with chronic health conditions enjoy greater safety and remain living independently in their own homes for longer. The service forms part of the rights available under Slovenia’s long-term care scheme and is therefore provided free of charge to eligible users. The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work centre, and individuals over the age of 80 do not need to go through an eligibility assessment process for approval. Once the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije handles all administrative procedures and organises professional installation at the user’s home. You can see how the E-Care system works in practice at any Telekom Slovenije sales centre.
