Digital innovations for better living – August 2026

With the Moj Telekom mobile app, subscribers can manage their mobile and fixed services anywhere and at any time, and can also quickly conclude a new mobile subscription agreement digitally from beginning to end. As part of the August Modri Fon offer, selected Samsung mobile phones are available with a free gift and free device insurance, while users can also take advantage of  up to 50% lower subscription fees for the Mobi A, B and C plans until the end of the month. Special benefits are now also available for select Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models when subscribing to the Naj, SUPR and SUPR najst mobile plans. Until 31 August, new subscribers can also take advantage of promotional benefits on NEO plans, which combine advanced television, high-speed internet and digital services. For trips abroad, affordable data allowances are available, as well as Brezskrbni travel insurance, which is charged according to the actual number of days spent abroad. Telekom Slovenije also offers E-Care, which is free of charge for eligible persons as part of their long-term care entitlements, as well as the special Connect & Save with E-Care benefit.

Moj Telekom: worry-free even on the go
Subscribers can use the Moj Telekom app to easily manage their telecommunications services directly from their mobile phone, including when travelling or on holiday. In the app, they can check their usage and included allowances anywhere and at any time, manage their plans and activate additional services, options and data allowances. This is particularly convenient before travelling abroad and while staying outside Slovenia. They can also monitor the status of their home internet connection, review instalments and contractual commitments, take advantage of Loyalty Programme benefits, and check and pay their bills without a fee. For additional information or assistance with using services, the Maks digital assistant is available 24/7. This means that users can always have their mobile and fixed services at their fingertips, whether at home, on the go or on holiday. The Moj Telekom app also offers a quick and simple way to conclude a new mobile subscriber agreement. By signing in via SI-PASS and choosing an eSIM, users can complete the entire process digitally and in just a few minutes.

Worry-free abroad: unlimited internet, protection against bill shock and travel insurance
Telekom Slovenije provides users with more worry-free use of mobile services and additional security when travelling abroad. For anyone spending their holidays in Croatia, the promotional HR-internet Plus option is available, providing seven days of unlimited data for EUR 5.99 including VAT. Subscribers can activate it by SMS or via the Moj Telekom app, while Mobi users can activate it by SMS or via the Moj Mobi app. For travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Albania, the monthly Balkan internet Unlimited allowance is available. For EUR 15.99 including VAT, it provides unlimited mobile internet use and must be activated beforehand by SMS or via the Moj Telekom app, while Mobi users can activate it in the Moj Mobi app. For additional protection against high or unexpected mobile data charges outside the EU data rate area, an automatic 1 GB data allowance is also available in select countries. It is activated upon the first connection to a foreign network and the start of data usage, provided that the user has not previously activated another applicable data allowance. For additional peace of mind while travelling, users can also take out Brezskrbni travel insurance. Individual insurance costs EUR 0.99 per day and family insurance EUR 2.48 per day. Users start the process in the Moj Telekom app, then complete the online forms and sign them digitally. When the device is active, the insurance is automatically activated when the user crosses the national border and deactivated upon their return to Slovenia. It is charged on a daily basis, but for no more than 45 days in an insurance year, meaning that users do not pay any additional amount for days spent abroad beyond this limit. The insurance is valid worldwide and also covers business trips, while the assistance centre is available 24 hours a day.

August Modri Fon offer with selected Samsung mobile phones, a free gift and free insurance
In August, Telekom Slovenije is highlighting selected latest Samsung mobile phones with additional benefits as part of its Modri Fon promotional offer. These include the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Samsung’s most advanced foldable mobile phone, which is featured in the Modri Fon offer as the latest addition; users purchasing it receive 12 months of free device insurance. Users purchasing a Samsung Galaxy A37 256 GB or Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256 GB receive a free tablet as a gift, with total savings including the tablet of up to EUR 732. The offer also includes three months of free device insurance. The August offer is valid with the purchase of a select device and a 24-month contractual commitment to one of the eligible mobile plans. 

Apple iPhone at a special price with Naj, SUPR and SUPR najst plans
Telekom Slovenije has prepared a special offer for users of the Naj mobile plans and the SUPR and SUPR najst plans. When purchasing select Apple iPhone models, they can save up to EUR 173 on the iPhone 17 Pro (256 GB and 512 GB) with a Naj plan, or up to EUR 233 with the SUPR and SUPR najst plans. On the iPhone 17 Pro Max (256 GB and 512 GB), they can save up to EUR 141 with a Naj plan or up to EUR 159 with the SUPR and SUPR najst plans. Naj plans are available from just EUR 10.99 per month, subject to the conditions of the offer, and can be subscribed to immediately in the Moj Telekom app.

NEO plans at promotional prices until the end of August
Until 31 August, users can also take advantage of benefits on NEO plans, which combine advanced television, high-speed internet and a wide range of digital services. Subject to the conditions of the offer, new subscribers can opt for select NEO plans at promotional prices starting from just EUR 32.99 per month, with the promotional benefits applying for up to 24 months. The offer is available until the end of August.

Mobi summer promotion: prices of A, B and C plans reduced by up to 50%
The Moj Mobi app has become the central digital hub for users of the Mobi prepaid service. Users can easily monitor their usage in the app, as well as manage their credit balance, activate and renew plans, and set up recurring payments for automatic renewals. Until 31 August 2026, users can also benefit from the Mobi summer promotion, offering discounts of up to 50% on the Mobi A, Mobi B and Mobi C plans. The Mobi A plan is available at a 25% discount, the Mobi B plan at a 30% discount, and the Mobi C plan at a 50% discount. In just one year the Moj Mobi app has attracted more than 115,000 users, who have made more than 150,000 purchases of Mobi subscription plans and service activations through the app. Available to users in eight languages, the app provides quick and easy management of prepaid services directly on a mobile phone. 

Safe at home with E-Care as part of long-term care
Through its E-Care service, Telekom Slovenije helps the elderly, persons with disabilities and people with chronic health conditions enjoy greater safety and remain living independently in their own homes for longer. The service forms part of the rights available under Slovenia’s long-term care scheme and is therefore provided free of charge to eligible users. The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work center, and individuals over the age of 80 do not need to go through an eligibility assessment process for approval. Once the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije handles all administrative procedures and organises professional installation at the user’s home. Until the end of the year, all subscribers to E-Care plan also receive the special benefit of Connect and Save with E-Care, which brings more affordable communication with a reduced monthly subscription for the Naj A mobile package and the NEO TV fixed package.
