This overview of spring innovations highlights: a unique offer with a four-year guarantee of a uniform price for mobile services, the option to conclude a subscription entirely digitally via the Moj Telekom mobile application, and the opening of the first innovative sales centre based on the “People First” sustainable concept. Among the current benefits are also reduced spring prices for Samsung smartphones within the Modri Fon offer, a promotional offer on selected Apple devices (iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro), three months of free use of a solution for excellent home WiFi coverage, solutions for carefree holidays with unlimited internet and protection against high roaming costs abroad, as well as support for safe and independent living at home with the E-Care service.
Telekom Slovenije guarantees fixed mobile service prices for up to 4 years
A full 48 months of unchanged, fixed pricing is the central feature of this unique offer introduced by Telekom Slovenije on the Slovenian market. Until 30 April 2026, new subscribers to the Naj and SUPR gigabit mobile subscription plans can take advantage of an exclusive promotion that provides long-term financial stability and cost predictability. The new offer also delivers significant financial benefits, as subscribers can save up to EUR 720 over the 48-month period. As part of this exceptional offer, the monthly price of the Naj mobile subscription plan with the Connect and Save benefit is only EUR 13.99. This price is available to users who are also subscribers to Telekom Slovenije fixed services and receive a combined invoice. For other new subscribers, the Naj mobile subscription plan is available at a promotional price of EUR 18.99 per month. The SUPR mobile subscription plan is likewise available to new subscribers at a fixed price of EUR 13.99 per month. This promotional benefit, provided in the form of a discount on the standard monthly subscription fee, applies for 48 months to both residential and business users, with the condition that a subscription agreement with a 24-month contract period is concluded.
Fully digital subscription plan sign-up in the Moj Telekom app
Telekom Slovenije now offers users the option to complete a fully digital mobile subscription plan sign-up within the Moj Telekom mobile app. The entire process can be completed in just a few minutes, anywhere and anytime. This innovation is also available to existing Telekom Slovenije subscribers. The service is available to all subscribers of Telekom Slovenije’s mobile services. Users can choose to port their existing number or obtain a new one during the process. They can also opt for a traditional physical SIM card or an electronic eSIM. When choosing an eSIM, users do not need to wait for delivery by post, but can simply install it on their phone and start using the services immediately. Subscribers can also replace their existing SIM card with an eSIM quickly and easily from the Moj Telekom app, which is particularly convenient as more and more new devices support eSIM technology. All users who conclude a new subscription relationship via the Moj Telekom application receive an exclusive benefit, allowing them to choose selected premium products with a 99% discount. Available options include Apple AirPods 4 wireless earphones for just EUR 1.69, the iPhone 17 Pro (under promotional conditions), or the Samsung Galaxy A17 128GB 5G smartphone in one of three colours for only EUR 2.29.
Telekom Slovenije’s “People First” sales centre
Telekom Slovenije has opened a new sales centre in the Citypark shopping centre in Ljubljana, based on the innovative “People First” concept. This sets new standards in user experience by combining advanced digital services with sustainable design and personalised customer engagement. What makes it unique is the thoughtfully designed space, using lighting and natural materials, particularly wood, to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment. The key focus is on direct interaction with products and individual consultation. Visitors have access to dedicated experience zones where they can independently test the latest smartphones, tablets, the NEO smart platform and services such as E-Care. In line with sustainability principles, traditional printed leaflets have been replaced by QR codes, allowing users to access all necessary information digitally. The renovated sales centre is located on the ground floor of Citypark, directly opposite the Hervis store.
Modri Fon with the Samsung Galaxy S26 series
As part of the spring Modri Fon promotion, select smartphones are available at reduced prices. Savings amount to EUR 225 for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256 GB and EUR 129 for the Samsung Galaxy A26 256 GB. Phones are available at discounted prices with the option of instalment payments, and the offer applies to both residential users and business users. Subscribers receive three months of free mobile insurance covering unforeseen events outside warranty, as well as two months of the Safe Internet service, providing protection from cyber threats.
Carefree holidays with unlimited internet and automatic protection against high roaming costs
Telekom Slovenije continues to support carefree travel. From 24 April to 31 September 2026, users will once more be able to benefit from unlimited data transfer in Croatia through the promotional HR-internet Plus option, which provides 7 days unlimited data for EUR 5.99 (incl. VAT). Subscribers and Mobi users can simply activate the option via SMS or in Moj Telekom. While roaming in Balkan countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania), the Balkan internet unlimited option is also available, offering unlimited data for EUR 15.99 for a full month. Activation via SMS or Moj Telekom is required. For additional protection against unexpected costs outside the EU-rate zone, Telekom Slovenije also provides automatic activation of a 1 GB data option in select countries. If users do not activate a data option themselves, it will be automatically activated upon the first data usage in a foreign network.
Boost your home internet
Between 1 April and 30 June 2026, Telekom Slovenije offers all new and existing subscribers to fixed services three months of free use of the Turbo WiFi service. They can select a high-end modem, and opt for an advanced signal extender or a basic extender to ensure seamless signal coverage throughout their home. The benefit also applies when ordering multiple devices simultaneously. After the promotional period, the service is charged according to the standard price list.
Safe living at home with E-Care services
The E-Care service from Telekom Slovenije allows elderly people, chronically ill individuals and persons with disabilities to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Since 1 July 2025, this solution has become an official entitlement within long-term care and is fully free of charge for eligible users. The process begins with submitting an application to the competent social work centre. Individuals aged over 80 are not required to undergo a prior eligibility assessment. Once the decision is issued, Telekom Slovenije handles all administrative procedures and organises professional installation at the user’s home. Those interested in seeing how the E-Care system works in practice can visit any Telekom Slovenije retail centre.
