Telekom Slovenije has made sure its users can enjoy carefree holidays and travel! For the first time ever, it is offering unlimited data transfer in Croatia for a fixed monthly fee of EUR 9.95, eliminating the fear of high roaming costs. In addition, Telekom Slovenije has introduced further improvements with unlimited internet in the Balkan countries, so unlimited mobile internet is now also available in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.
To further protect users from unexpected costs when roaming outside the EU, Telekom Slovenije safeguards them with an automatic purchase of 1 GB of data allowance in select countries if the user does not already have a data roaming option, but uses data services. With these new services, Telekom Slovenije provides secure, predictable and unlimited connectivity while travelling.
Unlimited data transfer in Croatia
Telekom Slovenije’s mobile service users will be able to enjoy unlimited data transfer for the first time this year while visiting Croatia. The HR-internet unlimited data option is available to both mobile subscribers and Mobi prepaid users. By activating the option, available for just EUR 9.95 per month, users can make sure their data use while roaming comes at a predictable cost, be it browsing the web, watching videos or listening to music. To access the data option, users must first activate it by SMS message or through Moj Telekom.
More affordable unlimited internet in the Balkan countries
Telekom Slovenije has upgraded its mobile internet offer for roaming in the Balkan countries. Unlimited data transfer is now available with the new Balkan internet unlimited data option. For EUR 15.99 per month, Telekom Slovenije users can now use unlimited mobile internet in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. To access the data option, users must first activate it by SMS message or through Moj Telekom.
Automatic data transfer subscription abroad
The automatic subscription for select countries outside the EU-rate zone protects users from high roaming costs. If you do not activate any of the data plans from Telekom Slovenije’s offer for the duration of your stay in select countries outside the EU-rate zone and you use data services, Telekom Slovenije will automatically activate a 1 GB data allowance, protecting you from unwanted high mobile roaming costs. The Automatic Balkan Option or Automatic World Option is automatically activated when you first use data services on a foreign operator's network in select countries, and is active until the end of the billing period.
Travel worry-free: New insurance activates automatically!
As travel abroad is becoming increasingly popular, especially with the upcoming May Day holidays, Telekom Slovenije and Zavarovalnica Sava have joined forces and are launching an advanced travel insurance solution, Brezskrbni (Worry-Free). The unique advantage of this insurance is automatic activation when crossing the border and automatic deactivation upon return, meaning you really “pay-as-you-go" – only for the actual days spent abroad. With a one-time insurance policy, you ensure your safety on every trip, and travel planning becomes completely worry-free. Individual and family insurance policies are available, and coverage for business trips is also included. How can you conclude the insurance? First, confirm your interest in concluding the insurance in the Moj Telekom portal, after which you will be redirected to the Zavarovalnica Sava website. There, fill out and digitally sign the required online forms, and the insurance amount will then be added to your Telekom Slovenije monthly invoice for mobile services.
