Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d. hereby publishes the following notification:
On 3 October 2013, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. signed a purchasing agreement with the AD – TRADE SHPK on the sale of 100% share of the PRIMO Communications SHPK subsidiary. AD – TRADE SHPK has paid the total purchasing price. In compliance with the Albanian legislation, the transfer of the 100% ownership to v PRIMO Communications SHPK will be carried out after obtaining approval from the Albanian competent authority for competition.
The sale of the company in Albania belongs in the series of activities implementing the Telekom Slovenije Group strategic guidelines concerning consolidation of the group companies and related undertakings.
The notification is also published on the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
