Telekom Slovenije Group consolidates its presence on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the legislation in force, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is publishing the following announcement:

The company Blicnet, d.o.o., Banja Luka, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is a part of the Telekom Slovenije Group, today signed a contract on the purchase of 100% of the company Telrad Net, d.o.o..

Blicnet, d.o.o. is an integrated provider of mobile and fixed telephony services, broadband internet, cable and digital TV as wellasl a network operator and system integrator on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The planned purchase of a 100-percent share in the company Telrad Net, d.o.o. represents further strengthening of the position of the company Blicnet, d.o.o. on the Bosnian market as well as implementation of the Telekom Slovenije Group strategy, which is based on providing technologically advanced and up-to-date services to its customers.

The activities on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina are in line with the adopted Strategic Business Plan of the Telekom Slovenije Group for 2012–2018, which forecasts consolidation of the markets and a growth in the number of customers on the markets of SEE. One of the strategic goals of the Telekom Slovenije Group is to consolidate its position as a strong regional operator and to become the first alternative provider of integrated telecommunications services on each of the markets where the group is present.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. will disclose no further details until the transaction is completed.
