Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby informs the public on 16 January 2023 it received a ruling from the Ljubljana District Court.
With this ruling the court halted the procedure with which POP TV, d.o.o. Ljubljana and Kanal A d.o.o. lodged a counterclaim against Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the payment of damages in the amount of EUR 58,154,012.16 with interest and other charges. The halted procedure is the result of the withdrawal of the lawsuit that Telekom Slovenije, d.d., lodged against POP TV, d.o.o. Ljubljana and Kanal A d.o.o. and the withdrawal of the counterclaim that POP TV d.o.o. Ljubljana and Kanal A d.o.o. lodged against Telekom Slovenije, d.d.
