Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. hereby publishes the following notification:
Based on the contract on the sale of 100% share of in the Albanian company PRIMO Communications SHPK signed on 3 October 2013, and on the consent of the Albanian authority responsible for competition and the fulfilment of further conditions, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. concluded the transaction of transferring a 100% share to the purchaser AD – TRADE SHPK on 6 November 2013. As of this day, the AD – TRADE SHPK has fully assumed the management of PRIMO Communications SHPK, while the previous management of PRIMO Communications SHPK resigned in line with the prior agreement with the purchaser.
The sale of the company in Albania belongs among the activities of implementing the Telekom Slovenije Group strategic goals regarding the consolidation of its companies and related activities. The activities are performed by the group with the aim of increasing its efficiency and competitiveness.
The notification is also published on the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
