On 2 August 2016, Akton, d.o.o. submitted an application with the approval of Telekom Slovenije on withdrawing from the legal procedure, and consequently the Ljubljana District Court issued a decision on stopping the procedure
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:
On 17 August 2016 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received a decision of the Ljubljana District Court of 4 August 2016 regarding the commercial dispute of Akton, d.o.o. versus Telekom Slovenije, d.d. for the payment of liabilities in the amount of EUR 2,402,820.82 with interest and other charges. On 2 August 2016, Akton, d.o.o. submitted an application with the approval of Telekom Slovenije on withdrawing from the legal procedure, and consequently the Ljubljana District Court issued a decision on stopping the procedure.
As Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has already disclosed, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Akton, d.o.o., have signed an Agreement on Settling Mutual Relations on 2 August 2016, with which they settled all the open issues between the companies, and defined the conditions for future business cooperation.
The announcement will also be available on Telekom Slovenije's website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
