Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d. hereby publishes the following notification:
At its 30th regular meeting, which took place on 6 November 2013, the Workers' Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. elected new members of the Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board to represent the employees. The members of the Supervisory Board elected by representatives of the employees are the following: Milan Richter, Martin Gorišek and Dean Žigon.
The members of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. to represent employees are appointed for the period of four years, beginning with 14 November 2013.
The notification is also published on the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
