Žiga Debeljak, MSc

President of the Supervisory Board

Žiga Debeljak holds a bachelor's degree in information technology and a master's degree in business administration and financial management.

He is President of the Management Board of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding. He has over twenty years of executive experience in various business areas – among other things, he was President of the Management Board of the Mercator Group and member of the Management Board of the Gorenje Group. In addition, he has extensive international experience in corporate governance.

He began his four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 9 September 2022.

Karla Pinter, MSc

Deputy President of the Supervisory Board

Karla Pinter holds a master’s degree and serves as the Director General of the Internal Market Directorate at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology.

She began her four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 18 June 2021.

Marko Boštjančič

Member of the Supervisory Board

Marko Boštjančič holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. He has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and is the CEO of MIBO Komunikacije, an ICT systems integration company in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He began his four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 9 September 2022.

Alenka Čok Pangeršič, MSc

Member of the Supervisory Board

Alenka Čok Pangeršič holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in business and organisation (MBA). She has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, and has been the head of the Asset Management Sector at Modra zavarovalnica, d.d. for more than ten years.

She began her four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 9 September 2022.

Mateja Čuk Orel, MSc

Member of the Supervisory Board

Mateja Čuk Orel holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Ljubljana and a master's degree in law from the University of Amsterdam. She is attorney at law and mediator at the Ljubljana District Court and the Mediation Centre of the Slovenian Bar Association.

She began her four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 9 September 2022.

Aleksander Igličar, MSc

Member of the Supervisory Board

Aleksander Igličar holds a master’s degree in economics and is a senior lecturer at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Economics.

He began his four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 22 January 2021.

Drago Kijevčanin

Deputy President of the Supervisory Board

Drago Kijevčanin is a telecommunications engineer, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 1984. He is a network engineer for ICT infrastructure in the ICT and Network Services unit. He is the president of the SELEKS union and a member of the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije.

He began his four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 15 November 2021.

Dušan Pišek

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dušan Pišek is a telecommunications engineer, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 1986. He is a team leader in ICT services in the ICT and Network Services unit. He is the president of the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije.

He began his four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 15 November 2021.

Rok Pleteršek

Member of the Supervisory Board

Rok Pleteršek holds a Master of Arts degree in law, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 2009. He is an expert in ICT services in the ICT and Network Services department. He is a member of Telekom Slovenije’s Works Council.

He began his term of office as member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije on 2 June 2022.
