Shareholder Representatives
Marko Pogačnik holds a master's degree in organisational science, and currently works as a business consultant and sole trader.
During his career he has held management and supervisory positions at several companies, and has gained a good deal of experience in corporate governance.
His four-year term of office as a member of Telekom Slovenije's Supervisory Board began on 9 September 2026.
Pavel Reberc has many years of international experience in strategic business consultancy and ICT consultancy, with a focus on connecting strategic objectives, technology, and business results. He has been involved in numerous international projects, and speaks several foreign languages. He is the founder and CEO of Eius d.o.o., and has extensive experience of sitting on supervisory boards.
His current term of office began on 9 September 2026.
Igor Hustić holds a degree in economics, and a doctorate in business studies. He is currently CEO at Tovarna olja Gea d.o.o.
His four-year term of office began on 9 September 2026.
Aleksander Igličar holds a master’s degree in economics and is a senior lecturer at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Economics.
He began his second four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 22 January 2025.
Karla Pinter holds a master’s degree and serves as the Director General of the Internal Market Directorate at the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Sport.
She began her four-year term of office as member of the Supervisory Board on 18 June 2021.
Andreja Strnad holds a doctorate in jurisprudence, and is an attorney with her own law firm in Krško.
Her four-year term of office began on 9 September 2026.
Employee Representatives
Rok Pleteršek holds a Master of Arts degree in law, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 2009. He is an expert in ICT services in the ICT and Network Services department. He is a member of Telekom Slovenije’s Works Council.
The second four-year term of office on the Supervisory Board began on 15 November 2025.
Drago Kijevčanin is a telecommunications engineer, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 1984. He is a network engineer for ICT infrastructure in the ICT and Network Services unit. He is the president of the SELEKS union and a member of the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije.
The third four-year term of office on the Supervisory Board began on 15 November 2025.
Dušan Pišek is a telecommunications engineer, and has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 1986. He is a team leader in ICT services in the ICT and Network Services unit. He is the president of the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije.
