Cvetko Sršen

President of the Management Board

Cvetko Sršen, MSc has more than 30 years’ experience in company and strategic management, business development, and strategic change management.

He has been employed at Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. for the majority of his career, serving as a director of business units for a number of years. In 2021 he began serving as President of the Telekom Slovenije Management Board, and took over management of the development and investment department of Komunala Novo Mesto at the end of 2022. He continued his career at the Kostak company, first as adviser to the utilities services director and then as director of the corporate security, quality and compliance department.

Barbara Galičič Drakslar

Vice-President of the Management Board

Barbara Galičič Drakslar has a Bachelor’s degree in economics and more than 30 years’ work experience.

She has been employed at Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o. for the majority of her career, and has, among other things, led the finance and accounting department, the HR department and the Kranj business unit. In 2021 she began serving as a member of the Telekom Slovenije Management Board with responsibility for finance. In 2023 she joined ELES, where she took over responsibility for several key finance and accounting areas and contributed significantly to developing and improving finance and accounting processes, including by digitising and optimising business operations.

Vesna Prodnik, MSc

Member of the Management Board

Vesna Prodnik holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in communication sciences. She has 23 years of work experience in the field of electronic communications.

Since 2006, she has worked as Director and Senior Consultant at various consultancy firms in the telecommunications industry, where she has headed various strategic and investment telecommunications projects in South-Eastern Europe. From 2003 to 2006, she was employed at Mobitel and Telekom Slovenije, where she worked in the areas of network interconnection and regulations. She is an expert in new technologies and the regulation of electronic communications.

Janez Zidar

Member of the Management Board

Janez Zidar is an economist with a Master’s in information management from the University of Liverpool and more than 30 years’ experience in company management, business restructuring, organisational development and strategic change.

He has managed companies in the public and private sectors, carried out business transformation, digitalisation and organisational development projects, and conducted corporate due diligence as part of his business consultancy work. Among other things, he has headed the Slovenian Fund for Promoting the Employment of Disabled Persons and Pošta Slovenije’s sheltered undertaking IPPS. In September 2022, he became a member of executive management and workers’ director at Pošta Slovenije. Before taking up a position on the Telekom Slovenije Management Board, he was in charge of the PS Logistika company.

Špela Fortin

Member of the Management Board - Worker Director

Špela Fortin is studying at the Ljubljana School of Business. She began working at Telekom Slovenije as a student, and has been employed with the company since 2006 in the Sales department.

Since April 2019 she has been responsible for sales in the southern and eastern region at the B2C Strategic Business unit, and before that she managed Telekom Slovenije’s biggest sales centre, the Telekom Sales Centre Citypark Ljubljana. She has experience in management and motivating a large team.

She was member of the Works Council. As an employee representative she is a link between the management and the employees of Telekom Slovenije.

Worker Director implements the powers arising directly from the law, and has the principal right and duty to take part in the company restructuring and the preparation of materials for the Management Board’s resolutions, in particular relation to the collective labour agreement, payment system and stimulation of the employees, welfare issues, the employee’s standard of living, cooperation with the Works Council and Telekom Slovenije trade unions, as well as with the Supervisory Board worker representatives.

Her four-year term in the Telekom Slovenije Management Board started on 14 September 2023.
