To celebrate the festive month of December and the 5th anniversary of the NEO TV platform, which brought a completely new TV-viewing experience to Slovenian homes with voice control, Telekom Slovenije is celebrating with its subscribers.
Until 8 January 2024, Telekom Slovenije is giving all subscribers to its TV services free access to the Mega HD channel bundle, and the Cinestar TV Premiere and Balkan programme options. At the same time, the Happy Puppy and Dog TV channels are available for the first time in Slovenia. These channels bring content that is developed and recorded in a way that appeals to the hearts and minds of our furry friends. Additionally, until 11 December, 5 films are available for one euro each.
The NEO TV platform was developed by Telekom Slovenije’s experts, allowing it to offer endless customization to the wishes of users. NEO has introduced a completely new way of watching content to Slovenian homes, as subscribers search for TV content with voice commands in the Slovenian language. They simply say the name of a show or TV programme, the name of an actor, the title of a film or series, the sport they want to watch, etc. More than 7 million voice commands are spoken every month.
In December, Christmas films are available by simply saying: JELENČKI (reindeer).

5 films at one euro
For its 5th anniversary, NEO is offering five films for one euro each until 11 December. These are films that have not been released in the DKino video library before, and are available to subscribers in the "NEO is celebrating 5 years" category:
- My Fairy Troublemaker – animation, dubbed into Slovenian
- Bandit – action comedy
- Délicieux – comedy drama
- Robots – science fiction comedy
- 10 jours encore sans maman – comedy
After renting a film, it is available for viewing for 48 hours, and can be found in the Library on NEO.
Satisfaction guaranteed and immediate connection
Telekom Slovenije also guarantees satisfaction to all new subscribers to NEO TV platform services. This means that they will refund the money to those who are not satisfied with the service after using it for 30 days. They can get their NEO experience immediately, with no need to wait. The subscriber receives their modem and up to three NEO Smartboxes immediately at the point of sale, or by mail if they conclude the agreement remotely; they can simply install them themself, and NEO is available immediately after the installation is complete. NEO subscription plans are available in a promotion for the uniform price of EUR 28 per month, and when opting for Turbo WiFi, subscribers receive it free of charge for the first three months.
