Telekom Slovenije will be gifting all of its users with subscription plans that include TV services access to free channels and video-on-demand content that comes with the HBO programming option for the period between 18 December and 18 January.
These users can watch 5 TV channels free of charge for a month: HBO, HBO 2, HBO 3, Cinemax and Cinemax2 (all also available in HD), as well as enjoy access HBO's video on demand libraries HBO OD (On Demand) and HBO GO. This gives Telekom Slovenije's subscribers access to more than 800 of the biggest film hits and 200 TV shows, including award-winning HBO productions. Among other hits they can also watch the latest Avengers: Endgame in HD, either at home or on the go, as the film is also available through HBO OD and HBO GO.
To access free HBO content subscribers should login to the Moj Telekom self-care portal, where they can the HBO (promotion) option, available under the TV and entertainment heading. Support is available on the toll-free number 080 8000.
Five top TV channels for fans of film and TV shows
Every month HBO has more than 180 avant-premieres of eagerly awaited films and TV shows, concerts, exclusive events and documentaries. HBO 2 brings a wide selection of content for the whole family – from shows for children to genre films (comedies, thrillers, action films and dramas). HBO 3 features the most popular TV shows from the American and European HBO production, as well as shows from other studios and curated films. Cinemax offers American and global films and TV shows (both HBO production and from other American studios) with a focus on action, adventure, crime, fantasy, sci-fi and horror. Cinemax 2 has a broad selection of select films that include award winners, festival favourites, 5-star-reviewed content, and cult TV shows.
7-day catch-up
All the channels included in the HBO option include the 7-day catch-up service, both on TV sets and other devices (mobile phones, tablets, computers).
Video on demand
The online video libraries HBO OD and HBO GO provide unlimited access to more than 1000 feature films, documentaries and TV shows. They are available to subscribers with no extra charge, with Slovenian subtitles and no advertising. HBO GO allows users to watch content anywhere and anytime – on their notebook computer, mobile phone, or tablet with iOS or Android, and on LG Smart TV sets and select Samsung smart TVs.
Special promotion
After the free promotion, the HBO option is automatically deactivated, while those who want to order it can take advantage of the special promotion until 31 January 2020 that brings HBO to new subscribers free for the first month and after that at the promotional price of €7.99 per month (for the next 11 months). Existing subscribers who have not had the HBO option for the past 6 months can get it until 31 January for the promotional price of €7.99 (for the 12 months).
