Telekom Slovenije has, while taking into account all the preventive measures, opened its newest sales centre in the Aleja shopping mall in Ljubljana.
The new centre has modern standing working desks, a special NEO room for visitors to test voice control of TV content and smart home devices, and a special room for showcasing products from the Loyalty programme, available to Telekom Slovenije's users in the online store.
"When Telekom's sales centres closed, users were quick to switch to digital channels, and our sales through the online store and call centre more than doubled. Demand was the highest for mobile modems, notebook computers and tablets for remote work and school, while the sales of television sets, smart watches, robot vacuum cleaners, white goods and household appliances also increased," said Aleš Srebot, Director of Mass Market Sales at Telekom Slovenije.
Customers’ response at the reopening of Telekom's sales centres was very positive. "Many users dropped by immediately after the opening to purchase a new mobile phone; the highest demand was for Apple, Samsung and Doro phones, with the latter designed especially for the elderly. There were also a lot of users who dropped their phones or damaged them in some other way, and had them serviced. And everyone was happy that our lives are slowly returning to their old tracks, so that we are very glad to also be able to open our newest centre in Aleja," said Blaž Zidar, the manager of the Telekom Slovenije's sales centre in Aleja.
We will be celebrating the opening until 15 May, offering free new NEO Smartbox set-top boxes to current NEO subscribers (new subscribers always receive it for free), while new subscribers to Naj B and Naj C subscription plans can receive a 50% discount on their monthly subscription fee if they purchase a mobile phone in the promotion. Until 31 May there is also a 30% discount on SBS accessories.
Telekom Slovenije's sales centre Ljubljana, Aleja, is open from 8:00 to 10:00 for vulnerable groups (disabled, elderly, pregnant women), and is currently open from Monday to Friday until 20:00, and on Saturdays until 16:00.
When visiting any Telekom Slovenije's sales centre, visitors have to adhere to preventive measures for stopping the spread of the new coronavirus.
