Page ContentUnbundled access and co-locationTelekom Slovenije is publishing the Sample Offering of Unbundled Access to Local Loop and Co-location based on APEK decision nr. 300-136/2004/32 of 20 June 2005, Point 4, in accordance with paragraph 3, Article 23 of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom, RS Official Gazette, nrs. 43/04, 86/04) and the General Act on Elements of the Sample Offering for Unbundled Access to the Local Loop (Uradni list RS, št. 96/04).The sample offering is published and addressed to all operators that are allowed – according to the valid legislation – to perform public communication services, which they are set to perform via unbundled local loops and the pertaining Telekom Slovenije infrastructure.Unbundled accessTelekom Slovenije is providing operators with two types of unbundled access:Joint unbundled access (SRD) means operator's access to the local loop with the approval of the non-voice frequency spectrum of the local loopFull unbundled access (PRD) means the operator's access to the local loop with the approval for the use of the entire local loop frequency spectrumCo-locationJoint use of Telekom Slovenije structures by Telekom Slovenije and an operator or the provision of physical space and technical capacities required for the appropriate installation and connection of the entitled party's suitable equipment, under the conditions of sample offering.
