Interconnection is a specific type of access performed between operators of public communication networks. Access According to the Electronic Communications Act, access is providing availability of facilities and/or services to another operator under defined conditions, on either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, for the purpose of providing electronic communications services. International transit Telekom Slovenije, as an operator of international transfer networks, provides the service of voice call transit to operators with the purpose of enabling call termination abroad. Operators who wish to originate voice calls to foreign public networks through Telekom Slovenije, enter into a suitable contract with Telekom Slovenije, in which technical and commercial conditions for call transfer are defined. Currently Telekom Slovenije provides international call transfer for the purpose of providing call termination to number sets +38643 and +38649.
