Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, herewith informs the public that, on 5 July 2016, the company received a lawsuit by B-S Telefonija d.o.o. from Slovenske Konjice, for the payment of 1,884,867.01 EUR with appertaining costs.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims the payment for alleged unjustified termination of a contract on the sale and resale of terminal equipment from 2011 and breach of contractual obligations.
Telekom Slovenije, d.d., considers the claim to be completely unfounded.
The announcement will also be available at the company website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
