With the purpose of an integrated regional optic fibre network operation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. has established a new subsidiary SIOL DOO Beograd, which is 100% owned by Telekom Slovenije, d.d. The company SIOL DOO Beograd was entered into the court register in Beograd on 13 February 2015.
Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d., publishes the following notification:

This notification will be also available on the company website (www.telekom.si) for a minimum period of 5 years.
