Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, herewith publishes the information that the company has signed an agreement on the settlement mutual relations with Simobil d.d.
By signing the agreement the companies are settling open relations between them and setting out the conditions for future business cooperation. Telekom Slovenije, d.d. shall not disclose the details of the signed agreement.
Telekom Slovenije Management Board estimates that the signed agreement presents a significant step towards risk reduction for reasons of civil claims, which will additionally increase the company value for the owners.
This notification will be also available at the company website (www.telekom.si) for a minimum period of 5 years.
