At the meeting the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., also appointed Cvetko Sršen as new President of the Management Board, who begins his 4-year term as of 10 March 2021, and as new Management Board members Mitja Štular, PhD, and Tomaž Jontes, who begin their 4-year terms as of 10 March 2021.

At its 3rd regular meeting on Wednesday, 10 March 2021, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., reached an agreement with the President of the Management Board and three Management Board members on the termination of their employment and relieved the President of the Management Board and Management Board members from their positions. In accordance with this, the terms of the President of the Management Board Tomaž Seljak and Management Board members Vida Žurga, PhD, Matjaž Beričič, MSc, and Tomaž Jontes end as of 10 March 2021.
At the meeting the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., also appointed Cvetko Sršen as new President of the Management Board, who begins his 4-year term as of 10 March 2021, and as new Management Board members Mitja Štular, PhD, and Tomaž Jontes, who begin their 4-year terms as of 10 March 2021.
Cvetko Sršen holds a Master of Arts degree in inter-cultural management. He has more than 30 years of work experience in human resource management, management, planning and project management, sales, planning and analysis, and activity management. Since 1987 he has been employed at Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o., where he was the director of the Novo Mesto business unit between 2008 and 2015, and since May 2015 the director of the merged Celje and Novo Mesto business unit.
Mitja Štular, PhD, holds a doctorate in electrical engineering. He has over 25 years of experience, and has headed several network development projects during the course of his career. Between 1994 and 2001 he was a researcher and a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, and in 2001 he joined Telekom Slovenije Group, where he was in charge of numerous activities, including the head of development and construction of the UMTS mobile network at Mobitel, d.d., and the director of the Technology Department.
Tomaž Jones joined Telekom Slovenije Group in 2002 as an advisor at the Commercial Department at Mobitel, d.d., where he later advanced to various management positions. Since 2011 he has worked in different departments at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and between March 2017 and January 2019 he was the Marketing Communications director at the B2B organizational unit. In 2020 he was appointed Management Board member of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.
Worker director Špela Fortin shall remain a member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.
The announcement will also be available on the company's website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
