Successful first sale of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. commercial papers

On 10 March 2014, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. successfully completed the first sale of 9-month commercial papers coded TSK01, with the total nominal value of EUR 50,000,000.00 and a 3% p.a. interest rate.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d. hereby publishes the following notification:

On 10 March 2014, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. successfully completed the first sale of 9-month commercial papers coded TSK01, with the total nominal value of EUR 50,000,000.00 and a 3% p.a. interest rate. The aim of issuing the commercial papers is to ensure a continuous short-term financing of the company operations.

The first sale of the Telekom Slovenije commercial papers was well received by the investors, since the expressed interest notably exceeded the expected EUR 50,000,000.00 nominal value of the entire issue. The response has confirmed that Telekom Slovenije, d.d. enjoys a high degree of trust among the investors and the financial public.

The complete first issue of commercial papers coded TSK01, consisting of 50,000 denominations of EUR 1,000.00 of the total EUR 50,000,000.00 nominal amount, was paid up on 10 March 2014 by 69 investors.

The commercial papers will be issued in book-entry form and entered into the central registry of KDD – Central Securities Clearing Corporation with the TSK01 identification code and SI0032500827 ISIN code. After the entry at KDD the company will file a request for admission to trading with commercial papers on the regulated market of Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The commercial papers will be traded in the segment of the Bond Market – Financial Instruments – Commercial Papers.

Commercial papers shall be issued within the public offering procedure, which does not require compliance with the rules regarding the publication of the prospectus and other rules relating to the public offering of securities as set out in Chapter 2 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (FIMA).

All the services, organisation and implementation of the first sale of commercial papers, issue of commercial papers in book-entry form with entry into the central register at the central clearing and depository house, admission of commercial papers on the regulated market and the payment of obligations from commercial papers upon their maturity are performed for Telekom Slovenije, d.d. by Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d..

The notification is also published at the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
