Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d. herewith publishes the following notification:
On 17 November 2015 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, received a decision from the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia issued on 3 November 2015 in a renewed proceeding following the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia under ref. no. Ips 58/2015-2 issued on 14 July 2014 in the administrative dispute of the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d. against the Competition Protection Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter: CPA) for the elimination of the CPA's decision ref. no. 3072-2/2004/132 from 25 October 2013 in the matter ISDN-ADSL.
The Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia decided in favour of the plaintiff that the CPA's decision with ref. no. 3072-2/2004/132 from 25 October 2013 is to be set aside and the matter returned to the same body for a retrial. The administrative court also decided that the defendant must cover the plaintiff's costs of the proceeding in the amount of EUR 691.74 within 15 days of the service of the writ; in case of late payment, with default interest from until payment.
