Trust is important to us. That is why at Telekom Slovenije we pay a lot of attention to the careful use and protection of the data and privacy of the users of our services, as we are aware that this is also extremely important to you. When providing electronic communication services, we ensure privacy and protection of personal data in accordance with the regulations governing electronic communications1. At the same time, the protection of an individual's personal data is further improved by the General Data Protection Regulation2, which has been in effect since May 25, 2018. The regulation gives you even better control over your personal data.

The General Data Protection Regulation provides you with better control over how and for what your personal data is processed and used. In doing so, the regulation defines the importance of providing information and the rights of individuals in relation to personal data (such as the right to access personal data, the right to correction, deletion or transfer, etc.), while also requiring us companies to obtain consent from individuals for various processing purposes. Accordingly, Telekom Slovenije has adopted a Privacy Policy, with which we provide users with information related to data processing, furthermore information about the processing of personal data within individual services is also included in the terms of individual services.

At Telekom Slovenije, we will continue to ensure that we provide you with the most modern services, and also want to provide you with timely and relevant information about our offers. In order to further develop services and provide information, we need your consent to process personal data. That is why we encourage you to give consent(s), and at the same time we have also enabled you to review and manage consents via the Moj Telekom portal.

Telekom Slovenije also cooperates with some business users as a contractual data processor to provide certain services (e.g. cloud services). Where appropriate, we have changed the conditions for services where Telekom Slovenije also acts as a processor of personal data, so that in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the relationship between users as controllers and Telekom Slovenije as a processor of personal data is regulated.
