Tomaž Jones joined Telekom Slovenije Group in 2002 as an advisor at the Commercial Department at Mobitel, d.d., where he later advanced to various management positions. Since 2011 he has worked in different departments at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and between March 2017 and January 2019 he was the Marketing Communications director at the B2B organizational unit. He has over 25 years of experience, and has headed several network development projects during the course of his career. During her career, she has headed the accounting and finance departments of Kranj business unit and the post logistics centre, she was the director of the Kranj business unit and the deputy director of the Ljubljana business unit, she headed the HR department of the Ljubljana business unit, and has since 2020 headed the finance and accounting department for the Ljubljana region. ŠPELA FORTIN, Member of the Management Board - Worker Director Špela Fortin was born in 1978. She studied at the Ljubljana School of Business. She began working at Telekom Slovenije as a student, and has been employed with the company since 2006 in the Sales department. Since April 2019 she has been responsible for sales in the southern and eastern region at the B2C Strategic Business unit, and before that she managed Telekom Slovenije’s biggest sales centre, the Telekom Sales Centre Citypark Ljubljana. She has experience in management and motivating a large team. She was member of the Works Council. As an employee representative she is a link between the management and the employees of Telekom Slovenije.Areas of responsibility of the Management Board member Špela FortinWorker Director implements the powers arising directly from the law, and has the principal right and duty to take part in the company restructuring and the preparation of materials for the Management Board’s resolutions, in particular relation to the collective labour agreement, payment system and stimulation of the employees, welfare issues, the employee’s standard of living, cooperation with the Works Council and Telekom Slovenije trade unions, as well as with the Supervisory Board worker representatives.Her term in the Telekom Slovenije Management Board started on 14 September 2019.
