Page ContentManagement board TOMAŽ SELJAK, MSc - President of the Management Board Born in 1972, Tomaž Seljak has a Master's degree in electrical engineering. He has been employed at Telekom Slovenije since 1997, where he has been the executive at several network departments and as Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for technology. His first responsibilities in Telekom Slovenije were development monitoring and introducing optical networks within the Cable Network Maintenance Centre, which he joined in 1997. Two years later he took on new responsibilities in the Cable Networks Office while also taking active part in the establishment of GVO, d.o.o. and in the formation of business process between Telekom Slovenije and GVO. In 2004 he became the Head of Cable Networks Office, followed in 2006 by the position of the Director of Service Assurance Department, where he was involved in reorganisation of business processes for service provisioning to business and residential customers. Between 2009 and 2011 he was the Director of Network Maintenance and Service Assurance Department, the Director of Cable Networks and Service Assurance Department and the Director of Access Networks. She was the director of Audit and Accounting Institute from 2014, where she provided tax and financial consultancy, as well as audits for budget users and other legal entities. She gained experience in finance and accounting as an accounting firm director, financial consultant, an outworker for a large accounting company, and as an expert on tax and financial law. MATJAŽ BERIČIČ, MSc - member of the Management Board Born in 1974, Matjaž Beričič holds a master's degree in electrical engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience, having worked throughout his career in network development. He began his career at the former Si.mobil, where he was a specialist for network monitoring and management, an engineer for services and technologies, and the head of the New Technologies Office and Network Services Office. In 2007 he joined the former Telekom Slovenije Group subsidiary Mobitel as the head of its Core Network Department, becoming in 2010 the director of the Technology Department. ŠPELA FORTIN, member of the Management Board - Worker Director Špela Fortin was born in 1978. She studied at the Ljubljana School of Business. She began working at Telekom Slovenije as a student, and has been employed with the company since 2006 in the Sales department. Since April 2019 she has been responsible for sales in the southern and eastern region at the B2C Strategic Business unit, and before that she managed Telekom Slovenije’s biggest sales centre, the Telekom Sales Centre Citypark Ljubljana. She has experience in management and motivating a large team. She was member of the Works Council. As an employee representative she is a link between the management and the employees of Telekom Slovenije.Areas of responsibility of the Management Board member Špela FortinWorker Director implements the powers arising directly from the law, and has the principal right and duty to take part in the company restructuring and the preparation of materials for the Management Board’s resolutions, in particular relation to the collective labour agreement, payment system and stimulation of the employees, welfare issues, the employee’s standard of living, cooperation with the Works Council and Telekom Slovenije trade unions, as well as with the Supervisory Board worker representatives.
