You can top up your Mobi account in several ways:
To top up your Mobi account dial:
*123*[16-digit code]# and press call
If, for example, you have a Mobi voucher with the 16-digit code
12 34 56 78 90 12 34 56, type:
*123*1234567890123456# and press the call button.
After a successful top up, you will receive a text message confirmation.
You can top up your account using a command string in Slovenia as well as abroad, if roaming in the network of an operator that supports callback. The simplest way to check this is by dialing *123#. If you receive a text message notification about the balance on your Mobi account, you can also top it up.
Call 121 and we will top up your Mobi account for you.
You can top up your or someone else’s Mobi account at special terminals.
You can top it up with €5, €10, or €20.
After the top up is completed, you will receive a bill, i.e. a receipt, with information on the topped up account’s number, and the amount, time, and location of the top up.
You can check the balance on your Mobi account and its validity by dialing
*123# on your mobile phone and pressing call. The account balance and validity will be displayed on your device’s screen.
When you only have 60 seconds of calls left, you will hear a beep in your earphone.
When the balance on your Mobi account is less than €0.99, you will hear a recorded message.
You can also top up your account several times in a row, up to a total of €500.
If you need help topping up or wish to check your account balance or its validity, you can always call 121 – even if you have no credit left on your account.
Keep an eye on the validity of your Mobi account and each top up.
When you top up your Mobi account, the 90-day period in which you can use services begins (during this time you can receive calls and text/multimedia messages even when there is no credit on your account).
During this period, you can optionally top up your Mobi account. Every time you top up the account, a new 90-day period starts, and the newly topped up credit is automatically added to any unused credit.
90 days after the last top up, your phone number is suspended and using services on that number is no longer possible. Calls can only be made to 121, 123, and 112. If you wish to continue using services, you need to top up your Mobi account. The newly topped up credit will be added to the unused credit. With this top up, a new 90-day period starts.
After 270 days from the last top up, your Mobi account is permanently locked. Connecting to the network with that SIM card is no longer possible, nor can you top up the account again. The unused credit on the Mobi account is permanently deleted and you can no longer get the same phone number.
You can extend the validity of a Mobi account without topping it up.

You can extend the validity of your Mobi account without topping up even when you are abroad, if roaming in the network of an operator that supports callback. You can check this by dialing the command string for checking the balance on your account. If the balance is then displayed on your screen, the network supports callback.
If you wish to extend the validity without topping up, the credit on the account must suffice for covering the cost of the service. The first activation on the Mobi number has already been made. Extensions are possible between the 24th and 270th day a given Mobi account is valid. The price is €1.52 per extension.
